Chris Alligood currently serves as a Research Fellow within the Intelligence Programs Group of LMI. Prior to joining LMI, Chris was a Director for SpecTal Consultants, a leading intelligence community government services provider and a wholly owned subsidiary of L-1 Identity Solutions. As a Director, Chris was responsible for implementing new business initiatives, capture management, and the oversight and growth of eight contracts. Prior to working with SpecTal, Chris worked as a management staff officer with the U.S. Government and served as a Ranger Qualified Airborne Infantry Officer assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division. Chris has extensive overseas experience to include a combat deployment to Afghanistan where he spend one year as a Commander for a forward-deployed unit in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Chris earned a B.A. in Economics and Business in 1999 from the Virginia Military Institute.

Robert Carey is a Project Manager at Freddie Mac, leading streamlined and automated reporting projects aimed at improving financial analyses and business decision making. Robert also comes from a diversified background in Financial Management in various industries: Non-profit, Telecommunications, and Government Contracting. Each industry has been focused on process improvements and improved financial reporting using business intelligence. He holds certifications in six sigma and a Master's in Business Technologies/MIS from Marymount University.

AJAY CHADHABack to top
Ajay Chadha is Technical Director of Global Program Management at AOL LLC. Ajay is the primary onshore liaison for AOL’s captive development center in Bangalore, India. Ajay works with various AOL product verticals in the US to address issues with transitioning projects and programs to India. And working with the technical teams in India Ajay ensures that they are appropriately staffed and in position to deliver the requirements from the US businesses. Prior to that Ajay managed AOL’s Architecture Council and the Internal Innovation Program. Ajay has been with AOL for almost 8 years working as a Project Manager and Program Director to help deliver a wide variety of AOL Products that have been key drivers for AOL’s advertising revenues including aol.com homepage, AOL Video, AIMPages, Community products like Chat, Search, Mobile applications, and Programmed Channels. Prior to joining AOL, Ajay worked as Program Manager of SAIC’s contract with EPA’s Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (OAQPS). Ajay started his career as an Environmental Scientist and spent 11 years working as a consultant on various EPA projects that related to global warming, troposphere ozone pollution, acid rain, lead pollution from multimedia sources, small-particulate pollution and air quality violations from industrial sources. Ajay earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from UC Berkeley, and a Masters in Environmental Management from Duke University.

KAREN ECKERTBack to top
Karen Eckert has over thirteen years of experience in information technology, with over 8 years experience in software applications development. Presently, she is the Software Applications’ Manager for Case Design and Remodeling, the nation’s largest home repair and remodeling firm. Karen manages the team that is responsible for developing and maintaining the software systems used to manage the company’s local business, as well as its franchises. Prior to Case, she held positions throughout the DC metro area with government contractors, a startup, as well as a non-profit organization. Karen also is a board member and partner of a local retail business. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Strayer University.

Tammy “T.J.” Gibson has 13 years experience in IT Management, Database Technology, strategic planning and integration analysis of large automated information systems projects within the United States Government, and Non-profit and Private sectors. Ms. Gibson is a Senior Principal Systems Engineer with General Dynamics and currently supports a government contract as Project Manager. Ms. Gibson is responsible for driving organizational change that achieves a winning business advantage while delivering real, measurable, and lasting value. Gibson is a former Marine, a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certified professional.

Timothy Goodrich is an Associate on the IT Global Team at Booz Allen Hamilton. Booz Allen Hamilton is global consulting firm of about 19,000 employees, which provides services and support to both commercial and government clients. Timothy is a Lead UNIX Engineer responsible for providing solution based engineering to his government client’s Data Center. After serving on active in the U.S. Army, he was hired by BAH to address system engineering requirements as it pertains to the installation, build, configuration, and support of their government client’s UNIX based servers. He comes to the firm with over 12 years of Systems and Software Engineering experience. Timothy received his Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Metropolitan State College.

Sameer Gore is the principal owner of Simlix, LLC, a services company that specializes in SAP product & technology consulting. He currently works as a technical architect for the US Army GFEBS project. He has over 8 years of technology experience implementing customized software solutions for both public and private sector clients. He holds technology certifications from Sun Micro systems, IBM and SAP. Sameer earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University Of Massachusetts at Amherst. In his spare time, he enjoys running and traveling.

TIMOTHY HANLONBack to top
Timothy Hanlon is Manager of Internal Audit at Booz Allen Hamilton conducting domestic and international internal audits of subsidiary offices and operations within their Commercial and Government business sectors. His twenty years of audit experience include performing US Government A-123 and Sarbanes Oxley Consulting Assignments while at PricewaterhouseCoopers for a variety of client businesses in the metropolitan Washington DC area. Previous positions where he led internal audits include Sharp Electronics, American Arbitration Association, The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company, Public Service Electric & Gas, Fischbach Corporation and First Brands Corporation. He has also traveled extensively internationally conducting engineering, project management and manufacturing operational and financial audits as a member of the Internal Audit team at Asea Brown Boveri, Zurich, Switzerland, while based in their Windsor, Connecticut offices. Tim began his career as a Tax Intern at Price Waterhouse in Philadelphia and moved into Audit at Deloitte Haskins + Sells, Stamford, CT. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1989 and is currently licensed in Connecticut, New Jersey and Virginia. Tim became a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) last May 2007. He is also the Treasurer and Board Member of the American Hiking Society after having served on the board since 2003. Tim holds a B.S. Accountancy from Villanova University.

Michael Hodge is currently employed by BAE SYSTEMS as a Senior Consultant to the Defense Intelligence Agency. Mike joined BAE SYSTEMS’ Global Analysis team in 2007 following a 27-year career in the US Air Force. Global Analysis specializes in providing intelligence services to US government agencies and commercial entities. Mike provides consulting services to senior government officials to advance planning and integration of intelligence operations into worldwide Department of Defense strategic planning. In this capacity he also provides advice and counsel on issues ranging from development of software tools, long-range resource planning, training and education programs, as well as specialized services related to US operations in Asia. While serving in the Air Force Mike held numerous leadership and command positions in Special Operations, Combat Search and Rescue and Intelligence organizations. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Virginia Tech, a Masters degree in International Relations from Troy University, was a National Defense Fellow to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and attended War College as the US Air Force nominee to the US Army’s highly selective Advanced Operational Studies Fellowship.

Kathleen Hogan is an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton working for the Global Defense team currently located out of Fort Belvoir. She is currently working on a contract that is overseeing the upgrade to the night vision radar systems in Iraq and Afghanistan. Previously she worked in the Public Safety sector for both the local and Federal government for over 15 years. She earned her Bachelor’s of Psychology degree from George Mason University.

Haroon Hussain is a mechanical engineer with JCS Engineering Inc. an MEP consulting engineering firm dealing with HVAC ( Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) Electrical, Plumbing and Fire protection design for residential and office buildings. Haroon has been employed with JCS Engineering as a mechanical engineer for the past five years. Haroon is responsible for the design of mechanical systems which includes coordinated work among all disciplines, (Architectural, plumbing, electrical, civil and structural) prepared drawings, specifications, and calculations to determine the size and efficiency of equipment. Haroon has over 12 years of professional experience in the field of commercial, tenant and residential HVAC engineering. Throughout his career Haroon has had the opportunity to establish a strong network of contacts with large and small clients alike. Haroon has contributed his expertise by developing, implementing, and streamlining policies and procedures that facilitate noticeable improvements. He has worked also for companies like TOLK Inc. and GHT LTD both located in Northern Virginia. As a mechanical engineer he is responsible for the base building and residential services engineering group, mechanical engineering policies, design, and specifications. Mr. Hussain graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has been working in consulting engineering business since 1995. Haroon is a lifelong learner who continually stays abreast of current industry trends through the completion of multiple training courses, seminars, and self-study.

Amyn Jan has over eleven years experience mainly in R&D environment as a design engineer, systems engineer and project manager in semiconductor, biomedical and telecommunication sectors. Now he serves as Project Management engineer with US Government managing multimillion dollars budget and providing technical expertise in telecommunication. Amyn holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Austin and a graduate degree in Electrical/Biomedical Engineering from University of Southern California.

Chris Lannan is a Senior Sales Manager with Marriott International’s Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Office. Throughout his seven year Marriott career, he has held several sales positions which focused on driving sales from both the regional and hotel level. Chris has also held various leadership roles in both sales and hotel operations. Just recently, Chris has been a part of Marriott’s new corporate sales initiative, Sales Force One. With Washington, DC, as the launch market, Chris’ feedback has helped shape and improve multiple aspects of an initiative that will eventually be implemented throughout North America. Chris received his Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.

Misty Lawson is an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton; part of the Information Technology Team. Booz Allen Hamilton is a global consulting firm, providing solutions for both government and commercial clients to solve their toughest problems with services in strategy, operations, organization and change, and information technology. Misty provides System Engineering and Managerial support which includes technical analysis and evaluation on emerging technologies throughout the development lifecycle. Prior to joining the Booz Allen team, Misty was a Senior Consultant at Accenture. She led teammates through the testing and analysis for the development and release of COTS/Custom PeopleSoft Financial/Supply Chain Modules. Misty earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, in Business Administration with a focus in Production Operations and Management.

Sean Lessman is the Senior Director of Advanced Technologies for TANDBERG, a Norwegian company focused on visual collaboration solutions. At TANDBERG, Sean is a member of the CTO Office where he focuses on technology research, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and the product roadmap. During his 12 years at TANDBERG, he has held positions from sales engineering, Director of Customer Services North Americas, Manager of Product Support for Europe, Middle East, Asia, India and Africa, and Director of Technical Alliances. During this time, Sean has seen the company grow from a few million dollars a year to over $600M+ per year. He spent time living in Oslo, Norway at the company's headquarters exchanging ideas and best practices between the American and EMEA APAC theaters as well as working closely with R&D on future products. As an authority in the videoconferencing industry, he has engaged in public speaking events, analyst briefings and industry education forums. Sean holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Sandeep Mohan is currently the VP, Product Management at Digiprotech Learning Systems (DLS), a division of Indian company Digiprotech Markcom. Sandeep has fifteen years of professional experience in marketing, international business and technology. After graduating from college, Sandeep worked as a Communications Analyst at the Embassy of India in Washington, DC. Later, he became Assistant Product Manager at Orange Technologies, where he led the development of a system for government surplus auctions. Sandeep joined Bluewave - an online branding consultancy as an Account Manager. While there, he architected redesigns of product and corporate web sites, for companies such as BestFoods/Unilever, Trane, and Pfizer. Sandeep holds a B.S. in Advertising from the New York Institute of Technology (Westbury, NY), and an M.S. in Information Management from Stevens Institute of Technology (Hoboken, NJ). Sandeep lives with his wife and daughters in Ashburn, VA.

Andrew Norton is Vice President at ePlus Government, Inc. Andrew Norton has been with ePlus since 1995, serving in various finance and marketing positions. Andrew is responsible for structuring, pricing and negotiating contracts for the Government leasing business unit. His areas of responsibility include both vendor and government sales and marketing. Andrew has been in the leasing profession for over 12 years during which time he has been involved in more than $1.5 Billion of financing. His background is primarily related to information technology projects including extensive work on software and service related projects. Andrew graduated from James Madison University in 1995 with a B.A. in Finance.

James O’Brien is currently a Senior Technical Manager at AOL, LLC where he is responsible for managing the development of infrastructure and automation systems supporting web performance optimization and metrics. James has been at AOL for the last 6 years and has worked in both operations and product development designing and engineering both back-end and front-end systems for metrics gathering, storing and analysis. Prior to his work at AOL James worked as a financial analyst in the comptrollers division at Allstate Insurance, where he had a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting for the Capitol Region. James also has extensive experience in the food & beverage industry and worked as an aide to US Senator Alfonse D’Amato. He earned his bachelors in Business Administration at LeMoyne College. James lives in Leesburg, Virginia with his wife Amy and their three children, Sam, Quinn and William.

Nick Peters is an Account Executive for Lees Carpets, a division of Mohawk Industries. Lees Carpets, a leading commercial carpet distributor is one of three commercial carpet divisions owned by The Mohawk Group. Learning the ropes of corporate selling on the European Sales team in London, Nick has held positions abroad, as well as in St. Louis, before taking a position in the Greater Washington DC area. As a member of one of LEES top selling territories, Nick and the DC team share responsibilities for over 300 accounts in the end user and design markets. Collectively the team generates between $12 and $13 million in revenue annually and is continuing to expand its market. Although focused on the DC metro area, Nick also handles both national and global accounts including Marriot and The World Bank. Nick is a proud graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a bachelors degree in Economics.

Anna Reynolds has more than 15 years of experience in Accounting and Finance with 10 of those years spent in Accounting and Finance management positions, including Area Controller, Senior Financial Analyst, and her current role of Director of Finance and Inventory Accounting for Parts Depot, Inc. Parts Depot is a $350 million per year distributor of automotive parts that operates in 11 states from Maryland to Florida, operating over 120 locations. Anna provides financial oversight and leadership, and directs her company’s financial policies. In her role, Anna is instrumental in analyzing the financial results of the company, provides insight into past performance, and drives the process to predict future results. Anna received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from National Business College in Salem, Virginia with highest honors. She is a CPA and a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Anna has received many professional awards and academic recognitions including: Cambridge Who’s Who Among Executive and Professional Women in Finance, International Who’s Who of Professional Management, Moore’s President’s Key Club for exhibiting ownership and leadership, M.A. Smythe Award in Accounting from National Business College, and Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges.

Dan Rogers has served in numerous positions in the supply chain management field. Currently, he is a He has also supported major projects in the Joint Staff and the Office of the Secretary Defense, specifically the Joint Rapid Acquisition Council (JRAC). Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Dan Rogers worked for Target as a Process Owner and Distribution manager. He directed a staff of 8 junior managers with a 180 personnel team in a 1.9M square foot facility/distribution center. He provided subject matter expertise to general managers and vice president of transportation and logistics on strategic planning and current distribution center operations. Prior to Target, Dan Rogers served as an US Army officer in a variety of logistics positions, including as battalion- and division-level logistics officer managing procurement, contracting, material fielding plans, property accountability/supply transactions, transportation requirements, and bulk fuel support. Dan Rogers had logistics oversight for the multiple operations while assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, NC and 101st Airborne Division Fort Campbell, KY. During Operation Iraqi Freedom, Dan Rogers served as the General Supply Officer for the 82nd Airborne Division while supporting over 16,000 paratroopers in Southwest Asia. Dan Rogers received his bachelor’s in Business Logistics at John Carroll University and attend numerous military schools such as the US Army Combined Logistics Captain Career Course, Combined Arms Service Staff School and graduated from Airborne and Air Assault schools.

Erik Sauter is a Senior Consultant in Enterprise Planning for Cognos, Inc, the world leader in business intelligence (BI) and performance management solutions. Cognos provides world-class enterprise BI, planning and consolidation software and services to help companies plan, understand and manage financial and operational performance. Mr. Sauter is currently a member of a project team at the nation’s fourth largest school district tasked with replacing legacy planning systems and process improvement. Mr. Sauter has over 14 years of experience in the fields of Accounting, Finance and Information Technology and has a proven track record of success in multiple industries and functional areas. Prior to Cognos, Mr. Sauter was an independent consultant for multiple large clients. Mr. Sauter also worked as a regional controller for Peoplesoft, Inc., and began his career as a Financial Analyst at Booz-Allen and Hamilton. Mr. Sauter holds a master’s degree in Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University and received his bachelor's degree in business Accounting and Finance from the University of Maine. Mr. Sauter was born and raised in Massachusetts. He and his wife, Meredyth, have been married for ten years and have two daughters, Blythe, five and Karys, three.

Sasi Tumuluri has over 12 years of IT experience. Sasi's experience brings key attributes to project management and full software life cycle development. She has managed several projects which include the management of the Federal Aviation Administration's 3.2 billion dollar E-Grants system which encompasses 1/3 of the FAA's annual budget. NASA HQ's Office of Equal Opportunity Programs and PSINet's web hosting services. In addition to working a full time job, she has done independent consulting for the World Bank's Office of Good Practices. She graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Luis Vazquez is a global development representative at IBM. Luis has 12 years of professional experience. He started his professional career at Inova Health Care System and Providence Hospital. Later, he joined UUNET, XO Communications, Blue Ridge Networks and CDWG-Microwearhouse. Throughout his career he has held senior executive accounts at a regional and national level. He holds a BS in Biology and Chemistry from Radford University and lives in Alexandria, VA with his fiancée to whom he plans to marry in September 2008

TONYA VINCENTBack to top
Tonya Vincent is a Captain with the Arlington County Police Department. She began her career in law enforcement over 18 years ago. She spent her first two years as a patrol officer and the next three years as a Detective. She quickly rose through the ranks becoming a Sergeant and then Lieutenant. After 13 years on the police department, Tonya was promoted to Captain becoming the first African American female Captain in the history of the Arlington County Police Department. She assumed command of the First Police District where she remained commander for three years. Tonya is currently the Human Resources Commander for the Police Department in charge of the Personnel, Recruitment, and Training Sections. Tonya is a native of Arlington County. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Administration degrees from Virginia Tech. She is the President of the Northern Virginia Chapter of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives and an associate member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
