Lee Allentuck is senior manager of internal communications with Nextel Communications, where he focuses on strategic company–wide communications involving the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup sponsorship, the Sprint Nextel merger integration, brand communication and manager-employee communications. Before Nextel, Lee helped launch CityNet Telecommunications, a wholesale fiber optic deployment company, where he oversaw the company's communications and marketing efforts. Before that, he served as account supervisor with Fleishman–Hillard Communications, concentrating on national and international technology programs and consumer marketing. Lee spent the earlier part of his career in the sports and entertainment industry, where he worked on accounts that included The PGA, The USGA, and the ATP tour, among others. He received his bachelor's in communications from N.C. State University.

CHRIS C. BARKERBack to top
Chris Barker is the director of rail reliability and technical services for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). Before this, she served as the manager of engineering in the Chief Engineer's Office of the Department of Operations at the same agency. With 10,000 employees, 900 subway cars and 1400 buses, WMATA provides bus and rail transit service for approximately one million metropolitan Washington commuter trips daily. Chris is responsible for the authority–wide implementation of the Emergency Rail Rehabilitation Plan, a program of more than 30 projects to improve rail reliability and availability, implement facilities enhancements, and provide enhanced communications to customers. Chris previously worked as superintendent of quality assurance for WMATA's Department of Operations, with quality assurance program responsibility for all activities of the Rail, Bus and Plant departments. Before joining WMATA, Chris held positions as manager of the Chemical Services Division of Froehling and Robertson, an engineering consulting firm; manager of maintenance, quality assurance and safety for AMF Bakery Systems in Richmond; acting director of information systems services for the Department of General Services of the Commonwealth of Virginia; and department head of quality improvement and productivity, financial administration and general accounting, and production and maintenance operations for the Eli Lilly and Company Elizabeth Arden manufacturing facility in Roanoke. Chris received a bachelor's in biology and chemistry from Florida State University and her master's in environmental science and engineering from Virginia Tech.

Scott is the Manager of Broadband Services for the Loudoun County government in Virginia. Loudoun is the fastest growing county in America for the past three years in a row and currently has over 250,000 residents. Scott is responsible for promoting the development of broadband services throughout the county, monitoring the quality of broadband services, participating in community development processes, and promoting the development of a county government institutional network (I–Net). Before his current position, Scott worked for America Online in the broadband business unit. For the past ten years, he has worked for three nationwide ISPs, a network services company and a telecom start–up. Scott led telecom–provisioning teams, capacity planning departments, nationwide network expansion projects, mergers and acquisition efforts in Kenya and South Africa, and worked in sales, business development, and product management. Scott worked for a community nonprofit organization for five years after earning his bachelor's in political science from the University of Mary Washington.

Mike Blaine is the director, Aviation Safety Program in the Transportation and Space Division of Battelle Memorial Institute. Battelle is a nonprofit and the largest independent research and development organization in the world. Mike coordinates Battelle's research, service and support to meet client needs in the aviation community. He is currently supporting the Transportation Security Lab as a member of the Security Integrated Planning Team working on the Next Generation Air Transportation System. NGATS involves the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Commerce and Transportation as they design the National Air Space for 2025. Earlier, Mike was a project manager for the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Training Support Initiative within the Department of Defense. During a twenty–five year Marine Corps career, Mike was a helicopter pilot who served tours on both coasts, overseas, at Headquarters Marine Corps, and had three command tours. He received his bachelor's in English from Lafayette College, and completed Naval Flight School, Marine Corps Amphibious Warfare School, Marine Corps Command and Staff College and Air Force Air War College.

Jeffrey Bollman is a Sr. Business Development Manager at America Online. Before his recent position at America Online, he was the global director of business development at Entopia Inc. Entopia's work force is about 70 strong with offices in Redwood Shores, CA, Paris, London, Israel and Washington, D.C. Entopia delivers information solutions in context for the individual, workgroup and enterprise. Jeff is responsible for developing all revenue generating partnerships at the company. He has signed resellers, strategic integrators, and independent software vendors to long–term revenue agreements with companies such as Microsoft, Oracle, EDS, AT&T Global Services and Saab Aerospace & Defense. Before he joined Entopia, he was the East Coast and Canadian business development manager for Autonomy, selling over $6 million in software to many leading Fortune 1000 companies. He was also a regional sales manager for Medtronic responsible for promoting its neurological and cardiac devices, consistently finished in the top five percent of all sales people for over five years. He received a bachelor's in psychology from the University of Kansas.

ALAN D. BONDZIOBack to top
Alan Bondzio is customer care and program manager for ObjectVideo, the world's leading developer of artificially intelligent video surveillance software. Alan is responsible for global service and maintenance as well as multi–million dollar integration programs. Alan has a diverse background in leading security systems integration and implementation, card technologies, digital imaging development, telecommunications and management consulting. Before ObjectVideo, Alan established a 13–year career with MCI, developing technical and operational solutions; his last position held there was senior manager of card technologies and product development, where he led a team of over 500 people. Throughout his professional life, Alan has specialized in start–up opportunities. Never afraid of taking smart, calculated risks, Alan has built his career on taking hard, problematic clay and transforming it into successful departments and products. He received his bachelor's in economics from George Mason University, with focus in game theory and strategic analysis, and he is pursuing graduate work in telecommunications at George Mason University.

Christopher Carey is an executive for Park City Solutions responsible for operations and finance for the Government Solutions Group, VP of finance and operations. Park City Solutions is a leading healthcare solutions. Chris is responsible for over 140 full–time equivalents, contracting with the government, forecasting and planning and, profit and loss responsibility. Earlier, he was a consultant for Ernst and Young LLP working on one of their 10 largest clients where he began in Assurance and moved to consulting. While at E&Y he worked on an IPO, six divestures of assets, two corporate reorganizations, a $200.0 million Euro debt offering, numerous public debt offerings in the U.S., and a $1.8 billion acquisition. He received his bachelor's in finance and accounting and a minor in political science from Ashland University.

Carrick Carpenter is an applications development and operations manager for Owens & Minor, a client of Perot Systems Corporation. Perot Systems Corporation is a global provider of technology–based business solutions in selected industry sectors. Carrick is responsible for estimating capital software and integration projects, leading teams to implement application development projects, staffing projects, running operations for systems that are developed by his team, defining strategy, managing customer relationships and managing the career development of team members. Carrick was hired into Perot Systems' Engineering Development Program. He started first as a programmer, later became a technical lead, completed the Perot Systems Team Leader Development Program and is now a manager. Carrick received his bachelor's in management information systems from the University of Oklahoma.

Mark Edwards is member of the Individual Investment Group of Morgan Stanley in Tysons Corner. Morgan Stanley's Individual Investor Group segment offers brokerage, investment, and financial services designed to accommodate individual investment goals and risk profiles. Formerly, Mark was the sales manager for Chase Manhattan Mortgage a wholly owned subsidiary of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co and the third largest residential mortgage loan servicer in the United States. Earlier, as a Series 3 licensed sales and compliance manager for Field Financial Group, Mark oversaw and managed risk for 100MM plus in customer and firm funds.

ROBERT S. ENRIGHTBack to top
Robert Enright is a 20–year sales and marketing professional in technology and management. Robert has extensive experience servicing large complex projects in Government, OEM, system integrator, and enterprise markets. He has proven expertise working with companies to apply software, hardware, and services to solve processor intensive applications. Robert works for Mercury Computer Systems, the leading provider of high performance signal and image processing systems. His experiences range in full life–cycle solutions in engineering development and OEM embedded markets, to product and professional services (Unix/NT, Network, Security, NMS, Storage/SAN, Optical) for government and enterprise markets. Robert managed channel programs for Motorola and Sun Microsystems and led a technical services team of 105. He has a bachelor's in business administration, and a graduate certificate in e–Business.

Steve Foti is formerly a senior program manager with Modern Technology Solutions (MTSI), a systems engineering firm focusing on low observable technology, air and missile defense, military concepts of operations and unmanned air vehicles. At MTSI, he supported the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) director for business management and integration and the Ballistic Missile Defense System Operations Center in conjunction with the United States Strategic Command. Steve began his career after college as a Legislative Assistant working for a Congressman on Capitol Hill while focusing on military and veteran's issues in addition to attending graduate school full-time. Upon graduation from Public Affairs School, Steve went to work for Arthur Andersen as a consultant on various federal civilian projects. Steve subsequently transitioned to supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs as a program manager. Steve's DoD support has ranged from Weapons of Mass Destruction, Nuclear Biological and Chemical Warfare, Defense Information Systems Agency programs, and the United States Navy's Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense program. Steve has worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, Anteon International and KeyLogic Systems in roles of progressive responsibility within the DoD contracting arena. Steve has a bachelor of arts with a double major in political science and history, a master of public administration and completed numerous courses of instruction at the Defense Acquisition University. Steve was recently selected for inclusion into the 2006–2007 edition of The National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals for his accomplishments in the area of National Missile Defense. Steve is also providing additional service to our country by serving as a military officer in the Reserves.

John Hoffman is the director of business management for the Federal Programs Division of Dewberry & Davis, a nationally recognized architecture/engineering firm headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia. John is responsible for business development and contract management of several multi–million dollar contracts with the Federal Emergency Management Agency in support of the National Flood Insurance Project. John is also charged with program development and production oversight for over 200 project staff. He received his bachelor's in geography/urban planning from West Virginia University. He also studied regional and countryside planning at the University of Ulster Coleraine, Northern Ireland.

John Johnson is a delivery services engineer for RealOps, an IT services management firm providing Integrated Operations Automation solutions. John is responsible for analyzing customer IT operations and systems and helping RealOps customers automate their operational processes to accelerate problem analysis and resolution and reduce overall operational costs. Before joining RealOps, John has held various operations management positions in the Internet services and hosting industry where he was responsible for building 24x7 global customer service and network operations centers from the ground up. He received his bachelor's in accounting with a concentration in information systems from Virginia Tech.

Gina Jones is the manager of the Policy and Risk Control Branch of the Financial Management Office of the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), a congressional, nonpartisan, professional services agency that evaluates and audits federal government programs to recommend ways to make them more effective and responsive. Gina leads a team of analysts on financial–related special projects and directs the work of GAO's financial policy branch that makes and enforces policies and procedures related to government travel and other financial issues. Before GAO, she was a business process–outsourcing consultant for Arthur Andersen, where she led teams of process and technology experts to assess client firms' operations and win approval to provide outsourced services. During her 20–year accounting career, Gina has worked for several private professional–services firms as their accounting and business manager. Gina is a CPA and received her bachelor's in accounting from the University of Maryland.

Al Lazo is an engagement director with Analysis Research Planning Consulting (ARPC) and provides expertise in the establishment and operation of product liability settlement trusts. APRC is an economic and management consulting firm that offers statistical, econometric and financial analysis, strategic advice and expert testimony to a wide variety of clients facing uncertainty, potential litigation or disputes. He formerly was the director for claims and financial services of B2 Technology and Consulting Services (B2TeCS). B2TeCS is an information technology and business process-reengineering firm. Al was responsible for a broad range of financial and claims analytical services and coordinated all consulting services with respect to: insurance archeology and allocation (with respect to environmental, asbestos, and non-asbestos products liability claims), economic and statistical modeling and claims administration. Earlier, he was a senior consultant with Harbour Consulting and managed the financial analysis and allocation division and coordinated economists and analysts focused on the monetary quantification of environmental resources and liabilities in support of settlement and litigation. He has been a key participant in numerous, successful settlement negotiations between policyholders and insurance carriers. He was also a financial analyst for The Guardian Life Insurance Company and has over a decade of experience with claims analysis and financial reporting at major insurance trade associations, insurance companies and insurance claims–related firms. Al received his bachelor's in mathematics with a concentration in economics and statistics from the University of Vermont.

Before AOL, she was the brand manager and Hispanic marketing specialist for Disney On Ice and Disney Live! shows in North America. Dawn Levy is manager in the public service practice of BearingPoint, a worldwide management–consulting firm headquartered in McLean. With over fourteen years in progressively senior roles, Dawn architects optimized information technology solutions to support her clients' strategic business missions. Before joining BearingPoint, Dawn provided technical consulting services to various Global 2000 companies and Federal agencies, while employed with SETA Corporation, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, LLC (formerly Ernst & Young, LLP) and SAIC Corporation. Dawn earned her master's in electrical and computer engineering from George Mason University and a bachelor's in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia.

Lucy Mondale is the practice administrator for Women Physicians of Northern Virginia, a multi–physician practice specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. The practice has three locations and a staff of twenty. Lucy is responsible for managing all aspects of operations for the practice, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and human resources. Earlier, she served as legislative assistant to the late United States senator Paul Wellstone. She was Senator Wellstone's policy advisor on matters relating to transportation, telecommunications and appropriations. She received her bachelor's in French literature from The George Washington University.

Anthony Moses is a senior consulting in the Technical Integration Practice of Deloitte Consulting, a leading world–wide professional services firm, providing assurance and advisory, tax, and management consulting services in more than 150 countries across the globe. Anthony works with various client management teams to design technical architectures and validate the strategic alignment of IT initiatives for various Federal Agencies. Previously, he was an experienced consultant in the Revenue Practice for Accenture where he managed, developed, and supported an Internet-based tax system for business, real property and individual tax types. He has also worked as a developer in the Finance and Portfolio Technology division of Fannie Mae, a leading secondary mortgage company that provides financial products and services for lenders, borrowers, and investors. There he worked with financial engineers and traders to develop and deploy financial applications for the Marketroom. He received his bachelor's in mathematics from Morehouse College.

Jim Rodda is a director of finance for the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). USAC administers the Universal Service Fund, which provides communities across the country with affordable telecommunication services. USAC currently employs over 100 employees at its downtown Washington, D.C. location. Jim is responsible for all accounting and financial statement functions for companies that collect and disburse over $5.5B annually. Jim also served as manager of internal audit at USAC before his transfer to the manager of accounting position. He also spent five years with MCI communications in revenue reporting and CLEC contracting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He received his bachelor's in business administration/accounting from North Adams State College.

Raphael Silvestro is a principal consultant for TLA Associates, an information technology consulting company providing network infrastructure and application development consulting services to government and commercial clients. Raphael manages the design and implementation of business software applications. Before TLA Associates, Raphael was a founding member of T4 Consulting Group. He also worked at Booz Allen Hamilton and Cambridge Technology Partners. Raphael has a bachelor's in computer engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science of The George Washington University.

Lawrence (Larry) W. Sinnott is a senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer for Versar, a publicly held professional services firm supporting government and industry in national defense/homeland defense programs, environmental health and safety and infrastructure revitalization. Larry is responsible for the entire financial and business affairs of the company which include, accounting and financial management, M&A and SEC reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, risk management, program management and management information systems. Before joining Versar 13 years ago, Larry has held various progressively responsible financial management positions in several government contractors in the metropolitan area. As part of Booz Allen's Strategic Business Intelligence team, Doron works with partners and other clients on strategic planning across firm wide business areas. Doron has 12 years of management experience in various industries including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, IT and defense. He was director of strategic marketing for Incenter Strategies, a D.C.–based consulting group, providing strategic consulting services to global Fortune 100 biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients. Doron oversaw a group of five analysts and was responsible for strategic business planning, brand building, product segmentation/differentiation and product life–cycle management for worldwide pharmaceutical clients. Earlier, he was a senior analyst at Incenter Strategies and was responsible for an internal venture capital group, Life Sciences Trust, focused on evaluation of early to mid–stage biotechnology companies seeking to commercialize proprietary technologies. Doron also provided training and consulting services for the U.S. Department of State Anti Terrorism Assistance Program (ATAP) and its Division of Language Services. Before this, Doron was a business development manager at Computer Sciences Corporation. Doron implemented international marketing strategies for a line of marine software products for foreign governments and commercial clients. Early in his career, Doron was a senior logistics officer in the Israeli Air Force (IAF), having served for three years and oversaw logistical distribution operation of aircraft parts to all IAF squadrons. He received a bachelor's in international business from The George Washington University.
