MICHAEL C. AHART, CPA
Michael Ahart currently works for XO Communications, Inc. He started in 2001 as a lead analyst and has been promoted to Manager, and then to Senior Manager of an Accounting department responsible for the recording and analysis of approximately $650M in annual cost of services.  He manages a team of analysts ranging from staff to senior/supervisory levels with responsibilities including the production of monthly/quarterly close packages covering cause of change, variance to plan and savings recognition.  He performs a monthly presentation of results for the Director and for the Vice President of Telco Finance.  Before joining XO, Michael spent 3 years in Telco Finance and Network Financial Systems Management at MCI WorldCom, Inc and 1 ½ years doing Medicare/Medicaid compliance work for Marriott International’s Senior Living Services division.  Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University in 1997 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1999.

MONICA I. BOROWICZ
Monica Borowicz is an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton.  She has proven track record of successful client engagements as a business and information technology consultant to leading financial services institutions and public sector clients. With over eight years of consulting experience in the areas of retail credit originations, consumer credit operations, credit risk management, collections risk strategy and automated credit decision strategy design, and business process re-engineering. Clients Include: Discover, Citigroup, Bank One, M&T Bank, SunTrust, National Archives Record Administration and Booz Allen Hamilton Human Resources Department.

ALBERT DEGREGORIO
Albert is a senior technical manager with the Systems Operations organization at America Online.  Albert is responsible for the direct supervision and control of development and quality assurance environments at AOL.  AOL development, QA teams, and partners are located throughout the US, Canada, Europe, India and the Philippines.  He manages three teams, including one located in Bangalore, India.  Albert is also very involved in several business process re-engineering initiatives impacting the AOL Technology group.   He has 20 years experience in the information technology (IT) community where he served as technical manager, project manager, senior systems engineer, senior system administrator, and technical instructor. Before America Online, he worked at both Hewlett Packard and Unisys among other companies.  Albert has a bachelor's in history with a minor in secondary education from the University of Massachusetts.

VERTUME DUFAULT
Vertume is a Practice Director at Oracle's Fusion Middleware consulting organization. He has twenty-two years' professional experience, working in roles ranging from software development, systems engineering, management, and business operations.  In Vertume's current role, he is responsible for providing professional services to Oracle's Federal customers using Oracle's Fusion Middleware products including: software engineering, mid-tier JEE architecture, SOA, and integration.  Vertume spent the first ten years of his career working at InterCAP Graphics systems where he started as a software engineer.  He worked on multiple projects developing database-centric products for InterCAP's graphics tools and then moved to Zurich Switzerland where he spent five years running the company's European Technical Services office.  In 1994, Vertume was hired by Oracle Corporation as a technical architect in their nascent Interactive TV consulting practice and developed technical solutions on numerous iTV projects around the world including: Deutsche Telekom, British Telecom, Bell Atlantic, and Nippon Telegraph & Telephone.  In 1999 he left Oracle and started Kobalt Interactive, a venture-backed company that built and hosted business systems for the emerging iTV market.  In 2005, Vertume returned to Oracle.  Vertume holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.

STANLEY EISENHOWER
Stanley Eisenhower is currently in sales for Paychex, where he initiates and set up retirement plans and other Pre-tax benefits for small to medium size companies. Prior to this position, he worked in sales for Liberty Mutual. He has also held various management positions in the service industry, most notably, Sweetwater Tavern and Caribou Coffee. He has also served in the U.S Army in a Long Range Surveillance unit. Stan has earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech.

JAMES FU
James Fu is small business owner for one IT professional consulting firm.  The company serves US Federal Government IT operation.  As daily duty he is working as IT principal architect and operational manager for ACF (Administration for Children and Families) of DHHS. He leads the team to support enterprise level web application environment and daily IT operation running in ACF.  ACF is federal agency funding state, territory, local, and tribal organizations to provide family assistance (welfare), child support, child care, Head Start, child welfare, and other programs relating to children and families. ACF primary business is federal government wide grant service provider pointed by OMB. He had computer science master degree from VT in 2001 and biochemistry master degree from IUP in 1997.

VARADARAJAN KRISHNASWAMY
Varada is a web services manager with American Society of Civil Engineers, founded in 1852; ASCE represents more than 140,000 members of the civil engineering profession worldwide, and is America's oldest national engineering society. The Society celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2002. He manages the construction, planning and deployment of over 50 websites on a daily basis. He has over eight years of information technology application development experience. He enjoys the challenges presented in the ever changing field of information technology and finds innovative ways to bridge the gap between the business needs and technology. One of the notable web projects deployed is the report on American Infrastructure (American Infrastructure Report Card 2005).

JEFFEREY A. LASCOLA
Jefferey LaScola is a Senior Program Manager with Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE: VZ), a New York-based Dow 30 company, which is a market leader in delivering broadband and other wireline and wireless communication innovations to mass market, business, government and wholesale customers.  As a leader for the recently formed Verizon Business unit, Jefferey is responsible for supporting business operations and global networks for multiple government and industry customers worldwide.  After serving 10 years in the military, Jefferey was hired into the company as an engineer and has held a variety of technical engineering and progressive management positions within the organization.  Over the past 7 years, Jefferey has served as a key executive and technical expert for multiple operations support contracts.  He has demonstrated experience in designing, planning, implementing and managing complex information technology systems and building projects.  He has attained multiple industry certifications and received a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Strayer University as well as an associate’s degree from the University of Maryland.

KRISTINA LOWE
Kristina W. Lowe, a native of Washington, D.C., is a Production Specialist with Teaching Strategies, Inc., an early childhood education publishing company. She has been with Teaching Strategies, for a year. Prior to working in the publishing field Kristina worked in advertising, automotive safety, accounting, politics, and the law. She received her bachelor's in psychology from Kalamazoo College in 1990.

JUSTIN LUECKING
Justin Luecking recently returned to Marriott International as a Manager in the HR Business Operations and Project Management Office. He had previously worked for the lodging leader in several capacities in the HR discipline. For three years during his break in service with Marriott, he was the Manager of Employee Relations and Global Employment for Social & Scientific Systems, Inc, (SSS). SSS is an employee-owned professional services company that works with the private and public sectors to improve public health. Justin holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification and earned a bachelor of business administration degree from James Madison University.

Uttam is currently a senior technical professional (team lead) at Fannie Mae, where he is leading a team of database administrators that supports a group of 200 users.  Uttam holds BS in computer Science and Engineering, and he has MS in Computer and information science.  He has 18+ years of professional experience in various telecommunication, computer and financial services industries.

RAVINDRANATH MARRI
Ravindranath Marri, is an IT Project Manager at Lockheed Martin Corp.  At LM, he designs and implements infrastructure architecture and supports application development for FDIC applications with high level security protocols. Prior to working at LM, he was a Project Manager for Infrastructure Engineering at Fannie Mae.  He has been in the Information Technology field as J2EE Architect for over 12 years. Before IT, Ravindra worked as Civil Engineer in India in various projects and constructions in both the public and private sectors. Ravindra earned a bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Mysore University, India and Masters in Computer science and Engineering from Mangalore University, India.

CHRISTIAN NIELSEN
Christian Nielsen is a Senior Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, a global strategy and technology consulting firm.  Christian is responsible for the requirements, design and development of a new budget system for the 2010 Census.  Mr. Nielsen has over 7 years of professional experience in management and information technology consulting, specifically in the areas of strategy, business intelligence, project management and business process improvement.  He has provided consulting services to various federal government clients such as the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, the Central Intelligence Agency, the United States Postal Service, the Department of Agriculture, and the Census Bureau. Christian received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from George Mason University.

CHAD O’NEIL
Chad O’Neil is the Director of Room Operations at a full-service hotel within Marriott International.  He has held various management positions at multiple hotels during his 8 years with Marriott and Renaissance.  Currently he is responsible for all facets of the rooms operation, providing leadership to improve the service standards overall within the hotel as well as creating and managing budgets and profit targets.  Chad’s desire to be involved at a corporate level has led him onto regional task forces to assist in crafting, implementing and executing corporate initiatives within hotels in the Eastern Region.  Chad received his Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.

TEJA PANESAR
Teja is a senior IT technical consultant with Grant Thornton and has worked on most of the Federal and government projects as a Lead data management architect. He leads the Data Management efforts supporting the implementation of SAP Business Objects EPO software, the design and development of enterprise-wide business intelligence applications and architecture. He also leads the Decision Support team to evaluate data sources, define business rules, design, summary aggregation structures for performance and ensure integrity and security of data and information usage. Teja was recently awarded (as of June 2008 Federal Services Group Newsletter) the Prestigious 212-Extra Degree Award by Grant Thornton for his outstanding efforts in Federal Financial Management. Teja holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Mumbai University.

RENZO RODRIGUEZ
Renzo Rodriguez is a Senior Technical Sales Consultant at AT&T Government Solutions. Mr. Rodriguez is responsible for developing key technology relationships with AT&T customers and new prospects. As a technical sales consultant he must understand and document both present and future customer technology and business needs; develop custom and standard technology solutions that meet customer’s technology and business requirements; and is the interface to the internal organization to ensure that a solution is supportable and deliverable. Other responsibilities, as a senior technical sales consultant, include develop and present solutions to customers and prepare technical proposal responses. Mr. Rodriguez has been the lead engineer for the following government agencies: FAA, Federal Reserve, US Courts, DOJ, WHCA, DOD, DISA, HUD, FTC, FCC, DOI and DHS. Previously he worked at Sprint Government Solutions and held the positions of Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, and Solutions Architect. Renzo received his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Science with a minor in Business Administration, minor in Biomechanics and a certificate degree in sales engineering from the University of Florida. Renzo also received a Master of Science (MS) in Telecommunications from George Mason University.

Jeff Spugnardi is a veteran of Silicon Valley and Beltway software and services firms. He currently leads Daon’s efforts in the Advanced Programs Group territory. Daon software helps Federal customers with biometrically-enabled identity assurance and security management. Prior to joining Daon, Jeff successfully launched several software start-ups. Jeff served as a Captain in the US Marines, after graduating from the University of Rhode Island. Previous firms include Accenture and Autodesk. An accomplished writer and speaker, Spugnardi has been published in leading journals and newspapers, including the Washington Post.

Morris Stowers is Senior Vice President and Director of Client Planning at Gibraltar Private of Coral Gables in Florida. Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust is dedicated to enhancing the wealth and well being of its clients and their families. He is responsible for engaging clients in a comprehensive financial and life planning process, developing appropriate plans based on their needs, and delivering a variety of appropriate products and services designed to meet these needs. Prior to joining Gibraltar, he was Vice President and Regional Estate and Business Planning Specialist at SunTrust Bank for 5 South Florida counties. Morris has also been a President and CEO of the Sunrise and Dania Beach Chambers of Commerce in Florida. Previously to serving on the Chambers, he owned an insurance agency and properties was a managing partner and owner of South Park Properties both companies located in Blacksburg, VA. Morris is a U.S. Navy Veteran and served in the Iranian conflict from 1978 to 1981. Morris holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Florida International University.

MATT WILLIAMS
Matt Williams is a Senior Consultant in IBM’s Federal Supply Chain Consulting practice.  Matt’s primary client is the United States Postal Service, where he has consulted on several strategic-level initiatives including the redesign of the domestic mail distribution network using network optimization and simulation.  Matt currently works for the newly formed Global Business organization of the Postal Service developing pricing proposals and implementation strategies for international postal agreements.  Matt received his bachelor’s in industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech.
